There is no ‘standard’ CV for our team. Some have PhD’s, others have never been to university but have developed their skills and capabilities through working in industry and learned through associations such as the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development.
Our university professors provide thought-leadership in the area of operations management and operations improvement. Our practitioners provide one-to-one coaching, workshop facilitation and leadership development; we believe that leadership cannot be taught in the classroom as an academic subject but needs to be developed through experiential learning approaches and our team has the broad base of skills, knowledge and experience to provide a comprehensive training environment.
We believe that this balance is unique: it is rare to see academics and practitioners coming together to deliver education.
