An experienced coach and facilitator, Stephen Briault’s early career was in adult education and residential care management.

Stephen began his lecturing consultancy career in 1983 and has worked with a range of high profile clients including British Gas, GE Europe, Olympus UK and Norwich Union.  Since 2003, he has worked extensively in health and social care, specialising in Lean approach.

He is a passionate follower of the Deming philosophy and methods

  • Founding member of the International Association for Social Development
  • Founding Director of Rubicon Associates consultancy in the early 90s
  • Created award-winning ‘First Line’ management programme using Deming philosophy
